KRISTOPHER McDOWELL
Kristopher McDowell has been in the entertainment industry for over twenty years. A native of California, he currently spends most of his time between Chicago and Las Vegas. McDowell began his career as a performer. Although he no longer makes his living as a performer, he has performed five solo shows in over forty venues in the United States and London. He has been nominated for several awards in New York City and in 2006 was honored with a Dean Goodman Award for Leading Actor in a Musical. McDowell has one solo album as well as songs on two compilation albums. McDowell for the past eight years proudly serves the live entertainment industry as a manager for American artists and art forms.
Also a presenter for six years in California, McDowell has promoted or produced the legendary Carol Channing, Tony® Award Winner Daisy Eagan, Tony® Award Nominees Sally Mayes, Sharon McNight, Grammy® Award Winner Ruben Blades and Luba Mason, Charo, Heather MacRae, Spider Saloff, Mark Nadler & KT Sullivan, Paula West, Wesla Whitfield, Rebecca Parris, James Gavin, Rex Reed and other luminaries, as well as Award winning shows like TAPESTRY REWOVEN, SONGS TO OFFEND ALMOST EVERYONE and more. McDowell served company manager for the West Coast tour of AND THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND and Directed two regional productions of AIN'T MISBEHAVIN'; served as Executive Producer and Director for RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL in San Francisco. In Chicago McDowell has co-produced FACTORY PARTY which ran for six months in 2009 and The LAKESHORE SALON SERIES, an exclusive event held in private homes on Chicago waterfront currently in its third annual season.
McDowell is a member of the North American Performing Arts Presenters and Managers and Agents, Americans for the Arts and the Association of Performing Arts Presenters, Cal Presenters and most regional consortia. McDowell attended the American Music and Dramatic Academy, Empire State College (Associate of Arts) and Fordham University at Lincoln Center (Bachelor of Arts) and is Founder of a 501(c)3 non-profit organization for music education.

ANDREW DELICATA
Andrew’s passion for live entertainment began in 1994 when he first saw Carol Channing perform HELLO! DOLLY in a touring production. Fifteen years later he is finally able to match his passion with his career. Since joining KMP, Inc. in June 2008 Andrew has launched KMP’s Publicity Division, co-produced fourteen events in Los Angeles and Chicago, secured gigs for artists in top venues in the United States, and co-managed tours for five artists.
Andrew comes to the entertainment industry with nearly ten years of marketing experience. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago, Andrew marketed healthy lifestyles for a non-profit clinic and most recently held a position in the Brand Strategy and Marketing Division at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where he tackled new product development and their corresponding marketing plans.
After specializing in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (MBA ‘08), Andrew was ready to help grow KMP, Inc. into a nationally recognized brand. Andrew is a member of the Americans for the Arts, and the Association of Performing Arts Presenters.

RACHEL ELISE JOHNSON
KMP Chicago Associate
Rachel Elise Johnson has been in the entertainment industry since age nine. A California native, she began her career in musical theater. Rachel has had the honor and privilege of working with a host of very talented artists and helps to build their careers while making meaningful connections to presenters along the way. Miss Johnson's education includes the CAP21 School at New York University and is currently in her last year at DePaul University (Chicago) with a focus in Pure Mathematics.
